BLHS: Expansion & intersection update, June 2026

Great work continues on the Bonney Lake High School Expansion & Intersection Improvement construction project. The following updates were given at the June 15 Bond Oversight Committee meeting:
Expansion:
- Permit received for 500 Wing Piping Replacement
- Scheduled to start demo, wall construction and 500 wing piping in the summer
- Construction sequencing, paths of travel, safety and communication agreed by all parties
- SEPA submitted. Comment period ended June 1.
Intersection:
- Permit comments received and responded to
- Project schedule pushed to Summer 2027 due to permit timing
