2022 Heart of the Panther

What is Heart of the Panther?

We want our students to be challenged to stretch beyond their comfort zones and bring out the best in others (and themselves) through their strength of character and sense of service to others.  HOP students focus on being their very best in the community, classroom, as well as on the fields/stages/performance halls, and anywhere else they travel, compete or perform as they represent Bonney Lake High School. 

The criteria used to determine the Heart of the Panther recipients is based upon the highest levels of character, which include qualities that are integral beyond the confines of activities and athletics.

Words to think of when describing Heart of the Panther follow the principles set forth in POWER:

P = Perseverance

O = Ownership

W = Work Ethic

E = Engagement

R = Respect
